1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CloneMyVoice.ai services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

CloneMyVoice.ai provides professional voice cloning services for corporate training and e-learning content. Services include:

• Voice model creation from audio recordings
• Content generation from text scripts
• Professional audio editing and delivery
• Support and account management

3. Voice Consent and Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained proper consent from all individuals whose voices are cloned
• You have the legal right to use and clone the voices submitted
• Voice consent agreements have been properly executed
• You will use cloned voices only for authorized purposes

Ownership: Upon payment, you own all voice clones and generated content created for you. We retain no rights to use, reproduce, or reference your voice clones.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Impersonation or fraud
• Creating misleading or deceptive content
• Harassment, defamation, or harmful content
• Violation of any third-party rights

5. Service Fees and Payment

Setup Fees: $4,997-$7,997 one-time (based on complexity)

Monthly Fees: $997-$1,997 (based on tier selected)

Payment Terms:

• Setup fee due upon contract execution
• Monthly fees billed in advance
• 12-month minimum commitment
• Additional charges for overage and rush services
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in Money-Back Guarantee

6. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied within the first 60 days of service, we offer a full refund including setup fees. To request a refund, contact us at hello@clonemyvoice.ai

7. Service Level Agreement

Turnaround Times:

• Standard: 48 hours from script submission
• Rush: 24 hours (+$500 per project)

Quality Guarantee: Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with the output.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all your content, voice data, and business information as confidential. We will:

• Sign your NDA before project commencement
• Never share, reuse, or reference your content
• Delete content per our data retention policy
• Maintain SOC2 compliant security measures

9. Termination

By You: 60-day written notice required after 12-month commitment. Account will be closed at end of notice period.

By Us: We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or illegal activity. We may terminate with 30-day notice for any other reason.

Effect of Termination: All voice models and client data deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for unauthorized use of voice clones by third parties
• You are responsible for proper use and legal compliance

11. Warranties

Our Warranties:

• Services will be performed in a professional manner
• Voice clones will be broadcast-quality
• We will meet stated turnaround times

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of services
• Violation of third-party rights
• Lack of proper voice consent

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
